GENERAL INFORMATION The expense of a quality audio system represents a significant investment. Consequently, equipment manufacturers provide warranties to protect the investment you have made in their equipment. Natural Sound wants to help protect both your investment and your expectation of enjoyment.Therefore, we provide the following policies and extended warranty as part of our full store warranty. |

SEVEN-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE If for any reason you are dissatisfied with equipment purchased at Natural Sound, return it within seven days of purchase in new condition with blank warranty cards, all boxes and packing, instruction manuals and the original sales receipt, and we will gladly refund your money. If your purchase was made with cash or good check, a refund check will be issued within ten business days. Credit card purchases will be reversed immediately. ALL car stereo, portable stereo, satellite systems, furniture, and headphones will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. GUARANTEED LOWEST PRICE If you find (by chance) a lower price from any authorized local dealer within 30 days of purchase, Natural Sound will refund the difference and match the store’s price. NATURAL SOUND EXTENDED LIMITED WARRANTIES Subject to the Exclusions set forth below, Natural Sound extends the manufacturer’s warranty by covering the equipment for the following time periods from the original date of purchase: |

| Should new equipment purchased at Natural Sound prove to be defective during a time period covered by a Natural Sound warranty, you should contact Natural Sound to discuss the problem, and if deemed necessary, return the equipment to us in its original box and packing material. | |
THIRTY-DAY DEFECTIVE EXCHANGE GUARANTEE If new equipment purchased at Natural Sound proves to be defective within thirty days, return it in new condition with blank warranty cards, all boxes and packing, instruction manuals and the original sales receipt. If the equipment cannot be repaired within three business days, we will replace the unit with a brand new one. If a new one is not readily available, we will endeavor to make an appropriate and mutually agreeable adjustment. This policy applies to car equipment only if installed by our recommended installer. Purchased new at Natural Sound may be traded in for like units (i.e., amps for amps, speakers for speakers, etc.) costing at least twice as much as the original unit. 100% of the original purchase price may be applied to the suggested retail price of the new item. A unit traded in must be without electrical, electronic, mechanical, or cosmetic defects, and must include the original box and packing material, the owner’s manual, and the original Natural Sound sales receipt. There will be a charge if any of the above are missing.This policy allows you to upgrade certain key components of your audio system without the usual substantial trade-in loss. Due to its considerable expense to us, we must limit it to the above-listed items. Sound processors are not considered to be preamplifiers and do not qualify for the trade-up. In-wall and powered speakers also do not qualify for the trade-up. However, we will offer a two-year trade up period for POWERED SUBWOOFERS.USED EQUIPMENT GUARANTEE Used equipment that fails to work within 90 days of the purchase date and is returned with original proof of purchase will be repaired at no charge for parts or labor. The exception would be used equipment that is purchased “As Is.” CUSTOMER PRIORITY SERVICE GUARANTEE All items purchased at Natural Sound, whether under warranty or not, will receive priority service by our in-house service department. |

| POLICY EXPLANATION AND WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS THE ABOVE WARRANTIES APPLY ONLY IF “FULL STORE POLICY” IS CHECKED ON THE FRONT OF THIS FORM. THE PURCHASER’S SIGNATURE ON THE FRONT OF THE SALES AGREEMENT EXECUTES THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREOF. THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED BEYOND THOSE STATED ABOVE FOR THE TIME LIMITATION PERIOD SET FORTH. THESE WARRANTIES APPLY ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER AND ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE. THESE WARRANTIES DO NOT COVER ANY DAMAGE DUE TO UNFORESEEABLE, INTENTIONAL, OR ACCIDENTAL MISUSE OR ABUSE. THESE WARRANTIES DO NOT COVER ANY PART THAT IS SUBJECT TO NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, SPECIFICALLY THE FOLLOWING PARTS ARE NOT COVERED ON ANY PRODUCTS, INCLUDING CAR STEREOS: HEADS, BELTS, BULBS, TUBES, STYLI, IDLER WHEELS, CAPSTANS, LED’S, AND LASER LENS ASSEMBLIES. |
